CMF Board Leadership
At its Annual Meeting on November 30, 2011, the Community Memorial Foundation (CMF) Board of Directors elected its 2012 officers and added one new director.
- The Chair of the Board is Jeffrey Simmons, Managing Director at Dearborn Partners, LLC
- John Madden, Chairman/CEO of F.N.B.C. of La Grange, serves as Vice Chair and Treasurer
- Beth Prohaska, Senior Vice President, National Director, Taft-Hartley Service at Comerica Bank, serves as Secretary
- Greg DiDomenico is President and Chief Executive Officer
The new director is Neil James of Westchester. He is Deputy Director of the West Central Municipal Conference and the West Cook County Solid Waste Agency.

- Judge Patrick Rogers, Circuit Court of Cook County
- Ruby Roy, MD, Assistant Professor Pediatrics Section of Chronic Disease and MacLean Center of Clinical Medical Ethics, University of Chicago and La Rabida Children’s Hospital
